The Secretariat of the Pledge to Peace
The Pledge to Peace is coordinated by Percorsi Association, an Italian non-profit organization committed to bring the topic of peace to the forefront of public discussion and institutional action.
The Association is in charge of running the Secretariat of the Pledge, with the task of supporting the signatories in their endeavors, promote the Pledge and create framework initiatives.

“Percorsi” is an Italian non-profit, non-political and non-religious association.
It seeks to promote the topic of peace and human dignity in institutional and cultural circles in Italy and Europe. Peace seen not only as a political condition between nations, but first and foremost as an individual need, an inherent right and a personal responsibility.
The association counts among its members and close supporters former Italian MPs, representatives of institutions, civil society and culture.
The Association, founded in 2004 with the fundamental contribution of late Senator Donato Scutari as a founding member, has organized numerous events and conferences. Of particular note are the events held in the conference hall of the Italian Parliament and at the Italian Senate, the events organized in collaboration with Regional, Provincial and City Administrations in Palermo, Corleone, Agrigento, Mazara del Vallo, Potenza, Sondrio, Padova, Trieste and the event organized at the European Parliament on November 28, 2011. On this occasion, a number of European and Italian institutions and organizations signed a declaration of intent with the aim of promoting peace projects, called “Pledge to Peace”.
In 2007, Percorsi organized a series of conferences with the title “Peace, a Message without boundaries”, held under the High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic and the Patronage of important central and local administrations.

The purpose of the Association is to promote peace in all its forms and expressions, to undertake and support initiatives that seek to affirm it in the world and within each person, to support the development, growth and centrality of the human being and to facilitate humanitarian efforts.
To this end, the Association organizes events, meetings, seminars and conferences on topics relating to its objectives, inviting influential personalities to participate as keynote speakers.
The Association promotes high profile practices, projects and ideas regarding peace, collaborating with public institutions and private organizations.
The Association also manages the publication and distribution of books, pamphlets, writings and other audio-visual material.

Manager at Telecom Italia. Long time assistant of Senator Emilio Colombo. He is also the President of AVIS Basilicata (Blood Donors Association.
PR and Communication manager. Founder of The Action PR firm. He has been the spokesperson of the Governor of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and other officials and coordinated several election campaigns.
Communication consultant for the Italian public administrations and private companies. Event Manager and Director, he has organized a number of international events, particularly for non-profit organizations.
Lawyer. He owns a law firm in Sondrio, Italy. He had a key role in drafting the Brussels Declaration. Currently takes care of all legal aspects of the Pledge to Peace.
